1. Case Style

Select One: Case A - 0.250" L, 0.275 Ø Case B - 0.250" L, 0.188 Ø, 0.250 Ø Flange Case C - 0.300" L, 0.125 Ø Case D - 0.250" L, 0.250 Ø Select from one of the four Case Style options.

2. RTD Element Type

Formatted as: Material / Resistance (ohms) / Temp. Coefficient (ohm/ohm/°C) Platinum / 100 @ 0°C / .00385 Platinum / 500 @ 0°C / .00385 Platinum / 1000 @ 0°C / .00385 Copper / 10 @ 25°C / .00427 Select one option for your RTD element type.

3. Configuration

Select One: 2 Wire - Single Element 3 Wire - Single Element 4 Wire - Single Element 4 Wire - Dual Element 6 Wire - Dual Element Other

4. Sheath Material

Select One: 304SS 316SS Copper Brass Nickel Plated Copper Tin Plated Copper The application dictates the choice of sheath materials.  304SS and 316SS are most commonly used but temperatures and corrosive conditions can necessitate the use of other materials.

5. Babbitt Tip

Select One: None Babbitt Tip

6. Leadwire Construction

Material: Teflon® Know the application atmosphere and limitations – temperature, moisture, corrosion and abrasion.  Flexible wire is available in solid or stranded conductors with many sizes (gauge), insulations and calibrations to meet nearly all applications. 7. Leadwire Gauge

Select One: 26 Gauge 24 Gauge 20 Gauge 30 Gauge Insulated wire, solid or stranded, in a variety of insulations is carried in the most common sizes from 16 to 24 gauge.

8. Leadwire Length "A"

Enter Inches: There is no limit to the leadwire length however when the distance to the instruments is 150 feet or more a 4-20ma signal conditioner is recommended.

9. Leadwire Terminations

Select One: No Split / No Strip Split Leads Spade Lugs Ring Lugs 1/4 Push-on Other The type of termination selected may be restricted by the wire gauge.

10. Split Length "E"
